# Cancel your subscription and request a refund

> How to cancel PornX Premium, what happens after you cancel, and when a refund is possible.

## Cancel your subscription

**1. Open your account**

Log in and open your [account](https://pornx.co/account/subscription).

**2. Open Subscription**

Go to the **Subscription** tab.

**3. Cancel**

Click **Cancel** and confirm.

You keep all Premium features until the end of the current billing period. Subscriptions paid in crypto run for a fixed period and do not renew automatically.

## Refunds

Refund rules are on the [Refund policy](https://pornx.co/refund) page. In short:

* Refunds are reviewed case by case.
* You must cancel the subscription first.
* A refund is possible only if you have not made significant use of the AI service.
* Refunds go back to the original payment method.
* Tokens are not refundable.

To ask for a refund, contact [support](mailto:support@pornx.co) with your transaction ID.
