## Before contacting support

## What to include

The faster you give context, the faster the issue gets resolved.

**For generation issues:** approximate time of the failed generation, model used, and whether tokens were deducted.

**For payment issues:** transaction ID or hash, payment method, and amount.

**For account issues:** the email address on your account.
