# Fix declined cards, missing tokens, and charges

> Resolve PornX payment problems including declined cards, missing tokens, failed crypto transactions, and Premium activation issues.

  <Accordion title="I was charged but my account wasn't upgraded">
    Do not attempt to purchase again before confirming the first charge was not processed. Contact [support](mailto:support@pornx.co) with your transaction ID or payment confirmation. Premium activates manually if the automatic activation fails.

  <Accordion title="My tokens didn't appear after purchase">
    Wait a few minutes and refresh. If the balance hasn't updated after ten minutes, contact [support](mailto:support@pornx.co) with your transaction ID.

  <Accordion title="My card was declined">
    Try a different card or switch to crypto payment. Some cards block transactions to adult platforms at the bank level — this is a bank restriction, not a PornX issue. See [Crypto Payments](/account/crypto-payments) for an alternative.

  <Accordion title="My crypto payment hasn't confirmed">
    Wait up to thirty minutes during high network congestion. If the transaction still hasn't confirmed after that, contact [support](mailto:support@pornx.co) with your transaction hash.

  <Accordion title="I sent crypto on the wrong network">
    Contact [support](mailto:support@pornx.co) immediately with your transaction hash. Recovery depends on the network used and is not guaranteed.

  <Accordion title="I sent the wrong crypto amount">
    Contact [support](mailto:support@pornx.co) with your transaction hash and the amount sent. Do not send a second payment before hearing back.

  <Accordion title="I want a refund">
    Contact [support](mailto:support@pornx.co) with your transaction ID. Refund eligibility depends on whether generations have been used since purchase.
