What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc. We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway.
What will appear on my credit card statement?
Your statement will show "Epiclens Technologies S.L." — a discreet billing descriptor that protects your privacy. We understand discretion matters. This applies whether you pay by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
Do unused tokens roll over to the next month?
Yes! Any unused tokens from your 300 monthly Gold allocation will roll over, ensuring you get full value from your membership.
How do I cancel my recurring subscription?
You can cancel anytime through your account settings under the "Subscription" click "Cancel" and confirm. You'll retain access to all Premium features until the end of your current billing period.
Is my activity on PornX private?
Yes. We take your privacy seriously. Your creations, prompts, and account activity are kept confidential. Only you can see your private generations.
Can other users see my creations?
Only if you choose to apply for the Creator Program and publish them, as Premium Members have access to Private Generation mode, which keeps all your content completely hidden from the public Gallery.
What is the Creator Program?
The Creator Program allows Premium Members to monetize their best generations and their prompts. When other users unlock your prompts to see how you created a scene, you earn tokens.
My payment went through, but I still don't have Gold access. What do I do?
Make sure you're logged into the correct account. If everything looks right but you still don't have access, contact [email protected] with your transaction details and we'll resolve it immediately.
