Log in and open your account.

Open Subscription

Go to the Subscription tab.

Cancel

Click Cancel and confirm.
You keep all Premium features until the end of the current billing period. Subscriptions paid in crypto run for a fixed period and do not renew automatically.

Refunds

Refund rules are on the Refund policy page. In short:
  • Refunds are reviewed case by case.
  • You must cancel the subscription first.
  • A refund is possible only if you have not made significant use of the AI service.
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method.
  • Tokens are not refundable.
To ask for a refund, contact support with your transaction ID.
